The Protecting My Peace Zoom session that we will hold on Wednesday offers space and guidance to help campaign professionals reset. Through guided mindfulness and gentle movement practices, participants will explore accessible tools to manage stress, cultivate self-compassion, and engage in community care. This workshop aims to foster a sense of healing, renewal, and hope, empowering individuals to emerge from this election stronger and more prepared for the future.
Our Zoom session will take place on Wednesday, November 13 at 5pm ET. The link can be found here: https://zoom.us/j/95757422068

A Resource: Protecting My Peace Workbook
This workbook offers a practical approach to prioritizing your well-being. Through a series of exercises, you'll be guided to:
Check In with Yourself: Regularly assess your mental, emotional, and physical state to gain valuable self-awareness.
Build a Strong Support Network: Identify and connect with trusted individuals who can offer support and understanding.
Schedule Meaningful Breaks: Implement regular breaks to reduce stress and cultivate inner peace.
