As a follow up to our discussion on burnout, Amanda Levinson led us in some mindfulness practices to help us get through the struggles we all feel in this work. She started with a short talk on the fundamentals of mindfulness and the benefits it can have for changemakers, and then she led us in a few mindfulness practices.
