Juli and Abby from NewCo Strategies led us through an incredible presentation on the seven different types of rest our minds and bodies need: physical, mental, social, sensory, spiritual, emotional, and creative. They also gave us some practical ideas for how we can achieve this rest – ideas that are very doable even on our busiest days. If you needed permission to rest a little bit, this is it! As they told us – rest is the key to resilience.
